On the longer term we want the 27% salary bias between us public employees and the private sector employees for identical education duration, equalized. Our employer will not accept our demands, therefore we strike. Mrs Kruckow continues that this is only at the interest of the public at large, in order to assure enough new young people beeing interested in joining the public health care sector, thus securing the standard and quality of public health care.
